Limit Traffic lights
If we can limit traffic lights in the community it would limit the amount of carbon dioxide in our atmosphere because the cars are not stuck sitting in one place but the cars would be moving. Limiting traffic lights may be dangerous because of road safety but figuring out how to speed up traffic so cars are not sitting in one place.
This is a horrible idea. There would be an increase of accidents since most accidents today already occur at intersections.
