Students from around the world calculated their class mean and standard deviations for their footprints and posted them on our world map.
Do you see differences across the globe? If so, why do you think those differences exist?
Did you use the calculator to try to reduce your footprint down to the average from a citizen of another country? What changes would you have to make to lower your footprint in this way? Are you going to try and take some of these actions in your daily life?

My Carbon Footprint (Požega, Croatia)
Hello everyone. So I thought my carbon footprint wouldn't be as bad as it actually is. I knew a lot of my footprint would go on transport although I'm carpooling. I also knew alot would go on food, we do grow our own vegetables but we buy everything else and we're all eating plenty of food. House isn't a big part of the total carbon footprint since we dont use anything to cool the house, and we are trying to save as much money as we can by reducing the usage of electricity. And the last which actually is least are the purchases.
My carbon footprint/My regions carbon footprint
Transportation: 2095 kgs / 874 kgs
Home: 1426 kgs / 1956 kgs
Food: 5535 kgs / 2308 kgs
Purchases: 69 kgs / 597 kgs
I like that you guys don't use anything to cool your house! I would never be able to do that. I think you should work on the food aspect though. Its no so much about the amount, but more-so the things you are eating. Think about how many steps your food goes through to get on your plate. Every step counts!
