Highest Impacting on Climate Change
I think that the quickest, cleanest way to severely lower carbon emissions would be to stop flying so much. Jet fuel produces a vast amount more carbon than anything cars and trains use, and while a transition to veganism for everyone on the plan would be perhaps more impactful, it would also be incredibly difficult and extremely unlikely to happen.
