My total footprint was 16,910 My total is a little but above the average, Most of mine came from transportation because I travel a lot, To cut down on transportation I can Not go on as many trips and walk or ride a bike more places.
I think this is a really good idea.Most of my average came from transportation.I think i might start walking and not traveling places far away to make this Earth a better place.
I like your idea for bringing down the amount of co2 used by transportation. This will really make a difference.
Transportation sometimes seems impossible to fix, but if you walk or ride a bike, your footprint should go down.
My average is much higher than yours, I really need to stop going so many places.

Another solution to lowering your transportation numbers is to stay as local as possible and utilize our communities resources to your full advantage.

I have the same problem as you. I am very busy and my schedule throughout the year requires a lot of travel. The problem is that over 75% of my footprint is due to travel. if there was a way to limit emissions from planes and cars, a lot of these problems would be solved.
