Hold Countries Responsible
Too many times we say 'we need to change', but who polices the big countries that are industrialized and leave massive carbon footprints. We need to do our part, but what about countries like China, who can't be bullied into submission and can't be negotiated into slashing their carbon output. It is a sad state of affairs but we need to find a way to get them on board.
