Government efforts to reduce cycle change
Local governments can make efforts to reduce carbon emission as a municipality by putting more of the city's money into reducing carbon emissions from public transportation, as well as attempting to reduce emissions on construction sites or other activities done by the city.
I agree with both of these proposals. Public transportation is so crucial to reducing carbon emissions, as well as the bigger picture of activities in the city. Living in California, I see many efforts to reduce, but the government of the whole U.S. needs to accept climate change before we can try to mitigate it.
