Students from around the world calculated their class mean and standard deviations for their footprints and posted them on our world map.
Do you see differences across the globe? If so, why do you think those differences exist?
Did you use the calculator to try to reduce your footprint down to the average from a citizen of another country? What changes would you have to make to lower your footprint in this way? Are you going to try and take some of these actions in your daily life?

Carpool a day keeps the world okay
An easy change we can all transition to is to just find a friend to carpool with. This greatly reduces the amount of Co2 emitted into the atmosphere, as there will be the amount of 1 persons car's gas for 4 others than 1 person emitting as much Co2. I carpool to school with some friends and it is quite easy to do and will save the environment a lot of Co2 emissions!

I agree. I carpool with a few other people to and from school every day, and when I go to after school activities, I try to find a friend I can carpool with. Carpooling not only reduces Co2 emissions by at least 50%, but it has benefits, like you can chat with friends in the car and also take the carpool lane for free!
