Carbon Footprint-Natalia, Rybnik, Poland
Hello! My name is Natalia.
I am 17 years old. I live in Rybnik, Poland.
I think that my carbon footprint is just average, but I would like to know your opinion. My carbon footprint is 6,832kgs of CO2, in Poland it is 6.526 kgs of CO2. I have the highest score in the category called 'home' - 4.941 kgs.This is almost half more than in my region. I wonder why I have such a high score. Maybe I have too many light bulbs in my house.
What do you think about it?
Hi Natalia, I really enjoyed reading your results on your footprint! Your footprint is much higher than mine! Ours are both high so we need to try and cut down on it. You might need to turn off the lights more often! other than that,Great Job!
I think that it might be what you use in your home. It could be due to the amount of light bulbs, or I could be because of how your house is heated or cooled. It also might be because of electronics so if you use a lot of electronics maybe you could cut down on the amount of energy you use from that.

I have at home an exotic pet which needs heating and lighting all the time.
Perhaps for this reason my carbon footprint in the category of 'home' is very high.

what is your carbon footprint?
My home category also had the largest number. Some things Im going to try and you can also try are as follows: turn off lights when you leave the room, unplug things when not in use, recycle, switch to CFL lightbulbs. These are just a few of the many things you can do. I hope this helps you!
My home category is also the highest, and I agree with Rachel H on recycling, turn off any lights that are not being used, and switching to CFL lightbulbs.
I really enjoyed reading your results on your carbon footprint, I thought it was very interesting because your carbon footprint is so much lower than mine. Where I'm from your carbon footprint would have been below average. I think you did a great job! The lower the footprint the better it is.

I would like to know your carbon footprint results.
I think that maybe you should make sure all the lights and tv's are turned off when nobody is using them or when nobody is home. I think that would help bring down your score.
