Switch to Electric Stoves
I looked at my calculation, and it was noticeably high and double the average which frankly I wasn't surprised due to the fact i do use a gas stove and my intake is a little higher than others. Maybe if I don't eat that much anymore I can probably lower my average. Switching to a electric stove cost way too much.
And I could stop eating so much rice because I usually eat rice from anywhere such as a restaurant which also adds to my intake, and even driving to the place contributes so maybe I could stop doing that so much but other than that, I'd be ok.
