To Use Paper or Not to Use Paper
You're running around frantically trying to pack your lunch so that you can get out the door and catch the bus. You grab a paper bag because it is easy to use since you can just throw it away at school once you eat your lunch. It may be the easiest choice but it is not the best choice for the environment. In order to make paper bags, companies have to cut down many trees which takes away the habitat of many animals. Also, the cost of paper bags can add up. If you are using 4 paper bags a week for 36 weeks a year and about 18 years of your life the price will add up. Why pay to take away innocent animals habitats when you can just use a canvas bag. Once you get one canvas bag you can use it for the rest of your life. Some stores give you your purchase in a canvas that is perfect for a lunch bag. If you use something like that, then you do not even have to buy a bag. You can also fold canvas bags and put them in your backpack so you are not carrying them around all day long. It is an easy way to help improve our environment. Although you may want to use paper bags, do you need to?
Using paper is not bad if it is recycled because you use the same wate you used before and that helps not to use new kind of paper everyday
