Is having the latest technology a want or a need?
How often do you get a new cel phone or mp3 player? Did you really need a new model? Do you consider the environmental impact of these purchases? If you are addicted, how can you break your addiction?

I think its a want because i just got a new phone after having the newest iPhone and i traded it for another band new phone when there was nothing wrong with my phone. So i think its a want. But when your younger i think having a phone is a want not a need as well because when your like 13 or 12 you don't really need a phone one just decides to get one because everyone around you has one and you want one also. So its a need.
