Wants or Needs?
Is having the latest technology a want or a need?
How often do you get a new cel phone or mp3 player? Did you really need a new model? Do you consider the environmental impact of these purchases? If you are addicted, how can you break your addiction?

Honestly it is kind of both because if you have the newest Phone that means that you can get into contact with someone if you are injured or even worse. As for the rest of the technology it more or less a want since you don't really need music and all that jazz (unintended puns FTW).
