How often do you get a new cel phone or mp3 player? Did you really need a new model? Do you consider the environmental impact of these purchases? If you are addicted, how can you break your addiction?

What we want and what we need are not always the same thing. Thinking about why we buy or do things can separate wants from needs. Just use common sense. I swear, its that easy. Just don't be stupid.
