How often do you get a new cel phone or mp3 player? Did you really need a new model? Do you consider the environmental impact of these purchases? If you are addicted, how can you break your addiction?

You are allowed to have what you want by not to a certain extent where you upgrade electronics very often. For example I got a iPhone 6s, this doesn't mean that you necessarily need to upgrade as long as your device works. By holding back the urge to upgrade you can spend more money on things you need instead ex. food, hygiene, and living expenses.
