Wants or Needs?
Is having the latest technology a want or a need?
How often do you get a new cel phone or mp3 player? Did you really need a new model? Do you consider the environmental impact of these purchases? If you are addicted, how can you break your addiction?

It depends from person to person but tech is mostly a need, which isn't exactly bad but it would be better if people would us their phones or computers for longer. I for example don't need the newest Iphone or other smart phone, but I don't think about the environmental impact of the tech I purchase. If someone makes some kind of technology it should last at least for 2-5 years until it has to be replaced.
