Coming to O dowd was need because everything here is done through technology. For example , in class we have some journeys we have to do and those are through the internet, homework in done with a computer or phone. this discussion is done through technology . So is technology a want or need it al depends on the situation your in. If your addicted one way you can win this battle is to go cold turkey, just dont use or just use it when you needed like turn off your phone when you don't need it.
