People that buy the newest version of the fastest "coolest" phone, is not a necessary aspect of their life. New technology is a want meaning we don't need it to survive, it is just something that makes life more fun and luxury. Some of the newer technology items result in environmental problems, and most people don't think about those things when buying their new phone.
