In addition to my carbon footprint and a helpful website for vehicle efficiency, I found a website that gives a stunning amount of information about so many ways to become more energy efficient. The website http://energy.gov/eere/office-energy-ef … ble-energy will bring you to a government website that lists the types of renewable energy resources, where they are implemented, and how to get involved in renewables in your community. It even has information specifically about eco-building and more sustainable construction. Through this site there are many opportunities to sign up for Clean Energy Initiatives and even sign petitions that go to the government.
