Is having the latest technology a want or a need?
How often do you get a new cel phone or mp3 player? Did you really need a new model? Do you consider the environmental impact of these purchases? If you are addicted, how can you break your addiction?

People don't understand the difference between a want and a need. Everybody wants the newest and best model of everything, it is almost like a competition against everyone else. Luckily, I have been taught throughout my childhood that I only need a new phone when my other one is really broken. I would have to say that I am pretty addicted to my phone but I have been trying to lessen my phone use.
