Is having the latest technology a want or a need?
How often do you get a new cel phone or mp3 player? Did you really need a new model? Do you consider the environmental impact of these purchases? If you are addicted, how can you break your addiction?

I get a new phone about every 2 years. Even though I get a new phone pretty often, I could probably go longer before getting a new one. I understand that it hurts our environment, but I normally don't think about it. I think that the habit will be hard to break, but I think that when I decide to get a new phone, I can recycle my old one.
