Educating children

I think that one of the best ways to deal with climate change is by educating people, especially young children.  By doing so, not only are they aware about their impact on the world, but they also develop skills and customs that decrease their carbon footprint at a young age.  Those kids will later go on and teach their families about climate change, and together, as a family they will be able to make a difference.  In this article, https://oceanservice.noaa.gov/education … about.html the author explains that climate change doesn't scare kids.  On the contrary, teaching them about climate change helps them understand that there is a cause and effect and what they can do about it.

I completely agree. By educating the future generations they could help save the environment, because soon this will be their world, not ours. They, as well as us, need to be doing whatever they can to preserve the Earth instead of damaging it. By educating ourselves we could be one step closer to that.

This is very true. Most children have been told to just accept that their world is being destroyed, but telling them they could do something about that to stop it from happening is even more useful. Then the world could possibly have generations of people working together to try and help save it.

I took a class on NOAA and Maritime. But I don't think this is good fro people say in Africa, because they don't live by the water. If the africans kids live in the middle of continent, then they can't apply this, because it is dry.

Everyone with access to fresh water has a connection to the ocean, since all water flows there.
