i think we need to have a law where people who own solar panels will get tax breaks
I agree completely. I think that tax breaks would be a great idea. I think that it because it would help reinforce clean energy. It would do this by giving people a reason to stop emitting co2; tax breaks, therefore this would decrease co2 emissions.
