Now that we see what our collective and personal impact is on the planet, let's think big!
What big and bold ideas do you have for reducing personal, community, country and even global carbon footprints?
Use this space to develop and discuss your big ideas! Who knows- maybe one of these ideas can be the next key solution to the global climate challenge!

Nuclear power is the only thing that can really save the world
Now what exactly do we mean by think big. What I think it means is to make a drastic difference globally that will help the world itself. In reality there's always going to be someone or something that's not going to be helping the world. The biggest thing that might change the world by even a slight percentage is no more consumption of fossil fuels, meaning that there would be no more plane rides, no more driving cars with gas or anything else. That is probably not going to happen unless we find out a way to use nuclear energy. Now everyone is thinking we could probably just use electric cars, but even with that it will still be polluting, just not as much. While I was going through the think big section I saw a title saying that gyms should help power light bulbs and other stuff. There is always at least someone at the gym, and we could use cycling to give a little bit of power, anything could help. Another thing we can do is aware the government and tell them what's going on with the PPM over passing 400.
Woah! That idea about gyms using bikes would be such a cool idea! I wonder if that would be enough to power the whole gym itself and how much energy would be needed to make a difference. Would definitely be a good idea for gyms to look into
The gyms thing is a really great idea! I'm not sure making the government aware will do much though. They have bigger things on their plates. I think we would need a more influential way of advertising environmental issues.
