Reusable Energy Sources In the Future

GratiaO

In the United States, the first step we need to take to slow the process of climate change is to help people to recognize the issue. Our government and many others refuse to believe the evidence that has been provided by many scientists to back up climate change. According to The Atlantic, only 60% of Americans are "worried" about climate change. The easiest way to fix this is to continue to use our voices in the media to make others more aware.
The next step for us is to start using more renewable energy sources. While many of these are not perfect, whether they need more research or take space on land or in the ocean, they are all better for the environment in the long term. One example of this is wind power. It is not the most reliable, due to fluctuating wind patterns, however, it does not pollute the world like fossil fuels. Another issue is that the farms either take land or are put into the water, both of which have the ability to hurt ecosystems. However, when we weigh the negative impacts of wind farms and coal plants, it is clear that wind farms are a better op tion. According to energy.gov wind farms are cost-effective, create job opportunities, are a clan source, and are inexhaustible. Lastly, these farms help the industry of countries using them. This is because every company trying to produce turbines will compete for the best product at the best price, which will help innovation. This innovation will help countries to be advanced in reusable energy, which is the energy of the future. It is important to recognize the downsides of renewable energy because it gives us more opportunity to fix the problems.
