First Steps to Stop Climate Change

I just wanted to say that based on what I know about climate change; one thing we NEED, if we are going to prevent our global temp. from rising 2 degrees Celsius is solar panels. With solar panels we would be able to slow down global warming without losing our tech. (Sorry for any miss spelling)
