Here's your chance not just to be the mayor, but the original city planner as well! Imagine a medium sized city that would be developed with modern, low carbon transportation in mind, and other strategies to reduce the average citizens' carbon footprints.
What would that city look like? Would that make you more likely to want to live there?

Sustainable City
My city would use only LED lights, because they last an extremely long time and cut down on carbon. All city cars (police, fire, etc.) would be electric, and the buildings would be made out of recycled materials. Every roof would have solar panels and gardens that would produce their own food, so we wouldn't have to import as much. Also, the cost of water would go up after you use a certain amount, so the city wouldn't be wasteful. The cost of heating would also go up after you heat your house to a certain temperature. It would have many trees and plants, so it would be a nice and pretty place to live.
