Our entire world is made up of technology. Our everyday lives consist of it as well. As the years go along, more and more technology is developed. As more technology is developed, we continue to pollute the environment. There is an easy way to use our technology, while reducing our carbon footprint. Many computers and phones have a "sleep" mode. When our devices are not in use, it is best to shut them off. This helps save battery on your devices. By doing this, you will not have to charge your devices as often. This saves money and helps our environment! So instead of putting your electronics on "sleep" or "hibernation" mode, shut them down.
This is very good advice, as many people don't know that shutting them off completely is better for the environment than the sleep mode. This will save lots of money and energy. I like this idea, instead of changing the amount that is used, changing the way it's used.
