I live in the south of Switzerland, my family and I have got just one car, because my mother doesn’t drive. I usually take buses like her, so my father is the only one, who uses the car to go working. I only sometimes go by car, when I’m with all my family, but when we go farther we take the train.
I think that its better to take public transport than private cars, because the first can transport a lot of people at the same time. This is good to reduce CO2 emissions in the environment. We must choose public transport more frequently  and leave the car at home to improve our carbon footprint. What do you think about this? Do you agree with me? If not why?

That's awesome that you can take public transport! In the future I really want to live someplace with good a good public transportation system because I think it would really make a difference on my impact on the world.

Also it would help reduce the total number of cars on the road, reducing the number and frequency of traffic accidents and road repairs. This would continue to save the city money over many years.

I totally agree with you. When it is possible I take public transport too! If more people take public transport, the traffic will reduce and also the number of cars will decrease!
Lastly, if the traffic reduced, there would me less pollution! Travelling by buses, trains,... would be also healthier for us!!

My mother don`t drive very much, she uses her car only to lead me to training and sometimes to do the shopping in Italy, and for some rare occasion.
Whereas my dad uses more often his car, because it`s necessary that he move often for his job, but his car is anyway a good vehicle, because it has a good fuel efficiency.
I walk very willingly to my friends and to school but rarely I go with the car, for example when raining.
