Here's your chance not just to be the mayor, but the original city planner as well! Imagine a medium sized city that would be developed with modern, low carbon transportation in mind, and other strategies to reduce the average citizens' carbon footprints.
What would that city look like? Would that make you more likely to want to live there?

Everyone's Contribution
It takes everyone to contribute to have a sustainable city. If every single person picks up their own trash, that would make the city a lot more sustainable. Also, people's carbon footprint is greatly affected by transportation because the main form is driving. To make a city more sustainable, people can try to walk or bike short distances. In addition, carpooling would help a lot because that can decrease vehicle emissions exponentially. That will greatly benefit our environment making it more sustainable.
I completely agree with your statement because one person is not going to make a major change but if every contributes to the cause it will make a huge change.
We should definitely be mindful of how much paper we use, yes.
