A Sustainable City
I believe some key components of a sustainable city would be solar panels, extensive public transportation systems, comprehensive waste management, and painting everyone's roofs with reflective paint.
What about green roofs as well? They are a great way to dramatically reduce runoff. But they do have some drawbacks, of course, like the cost of ensuring that the building's structure will hold given the heavy weight of the roof.
That's a good idea, and I don't think weight would be that much of a problem for a building
