I would encourage youth to carpool to school or if it is possible to go green and ride their bike or walk as much as they can. In all stores there will be no plastic bags only reusable bags and paper bags that can be recycled. Showers will cut off after 15 minutes to save water and lights in houses be LED because they are more eco friendly. I would want to live in this environment because it is effective in taking care of our planet.
