The city would look clean.
Seeing people riding bicycles and walking more rather than riding in a car would make me think that city is safe and has a healthy atmosphere, making me want to live there.
I agree, if we can come up with cleaner methods of travel then it would make everything better.
Maybe we could also build "healthier" methods of transportation
