If I was a city mayor as well as a city planner in order to reduce the average citizen's' carbon footprints, I would be solar-powered trains. Instead of using cars for transportation many people at once can ride the train. By using the the sunlight instead of burning fossil fuels, this will reduce the carbon footprint in the city.
