If I was a mayor of a city i would probably be really strict at first so people understand change is coming. And maybe if my plans succeed i would take it easier on the citizens. i would have more bike lanes and more Tesla dealerships (an electrical car company) more solar powered things so we don't consume as much energy in the environment. i would also make schools give more digital homework to save more trees (because trees give us oxygen.)
