If I were to design a city I would build it near large open fields. I would do this to have prime access to wind and solar power. I feel like these resources aren't used enough and it sounds like my city would be the perfect size to run on that type of power. This would power all homes and buildings. I would have public transportation like buses and a metro system. The city would deny all companies that want to do environmental damage like oil and fracking companies
