If I were to rule over a city, I would try to be as cautious as I could about how much C02 our town was putting into the atmosphere. Throughout the world there is approximately 1.2 billion drivers, and many people out of that 1.2 billion are not aware of how much gasoline, energy, and money they spend when their car is on. If I was the ruler of the town I would decrease the cost bus fare, bart fare, subway etc. Finally, I would make sure that electric cars took over and that bicycles were a common way to transport to places.
