Here's your chance not just to be the mayor, but the original city planner as well! Imagine a medium sized city that would be developed with modern, low carbon transportation in mind, and other strategies to reduce the average citizens' carbon footprints.

my sustainable city would have soler panels on every building, a garden on top of every building. i would have buildings farther away and people would ride bikes more often so there will be roads for bikes and encourage people to ride bikes and walk my city would dispose of trash in a way that it will not contaminate my city or any city around me. we would have gardens between buildings and encourage soler panel cars
I think that this is a great idea for a sustainable city! Some things that I may also add to this sustainable city would be; add free public transportation to encourage citizens to take these sustainable options, educate students in schools about ways that they can reuse, reduce, and recycle items around their house, and finally I would add "Black Out" days that occur frequently that not only save energy and power, but encourage citizens to be aware of their energy usage.
