I am 16 years old in Mooresville, North Carolina, United States of America. My total carbon footprint is 20,654. The total footprint for my region is 15,918. My transportation total (10,154) was dramatically higher than my region’s (4,184). This is mostly because I took a trip to California via airplane this summer. I also drive to and from school everyday when I live relatively close. I was surprised that my footprint alone is as high as it is. I could make a change by carpooling more, and finding some days that I can walk to school.
Hey Morgan, I'm Jonathan from North Carolina. Your total carbon footprint is a lot higher in than mine, but I think that is due to the transportation part of it. You mention that it is a lot higher than than the regions where as mine is a little bit above it at 6,333.
