Students from around the world calculated their class mean and standard deviations for their footprints and posted them on our world map.
Do you see differences across the globe? If so, why do you think those differences exist?
Did you use the calculator to try to reduce your footprint down to the average from a citizen of another country? What changes would you have to make to lower your footprint in this way? Are you going to try and take some of these actions in your daily life?

Compare to the average carbon proportion, my proportion is much more larger, that makes me fell surprise. In order to reduce my carbon proportion, I think I need to first reduce my using time of computer and telephones, also I need to riding a bike if it is possible rather than taking a car.
I think the idea of reducing the amount of time you spend on electronics is a good start, Taking a bike is also another great idea than taking a car. If you do take a car, carpooling would also be another great alternative
I think that you are right about not using electronics as much or riding in a car as much, I think that your proportion would go down a lot.
I think spending less time on electronics is a good thing because teenagers of today seem to be too focused on what is on their phone.
I think that riding your bike is an efficient way to lower a carbon footprint. Cars put a lot of pollutants into the atmosphere and many people (including me) use cars to transport them selves to local places where they could have walked or ride their bike.
I think that riding a bike is a very good decision when possible because it is a lot less harmful compared to cars. I also think that lowering your time spent on electronics is another good and easy idea.
I think that riding a bike would help a lot in reducing your carbon footprint and it will also be a great source of fitness for you as well. Cutting down on time using electronics would also benefit the environment and also your personal health.
Spending less time on electronics is something that all of us teenagers need to do I agree. Riding a bike would help your carbon footprint as well as give you some exercise so it would be a very good choice.
