Transport emissions for dairy feed
hi everyone. I am so happy to see such a forum that can be useful to any carbon footprint research.
I am doing a footprint on dairy production, but only looking at the transport implications. This then includes only fuel and the environmental impact of global warming. U have run into a problem related to economic allocation on feed. I am unsure if I need to apply an allocation since I am only reviewing its transportation links and not any other environmental impacts or processes. We are utilising the carbon footprint guide by IDF (http://www.idf-lca-guide.org/Files/medi … -dairy.pdf), which is very useful for anyone. However, I am really stuck on if I need an allocation or not on only transport inks. Can anyone advice?
