A few days ago, I watched the speak that Leonardo Di Caprio held the night he won the Oscar for best actor in 2016. It was a very nice speech about how we must keep care of the environment. Watching it I came of up with a question: do all these celebrities say and do something for the environment because they really care about it, or just because they want to get more famous, and by doing the good guy of the situation then people will start to follow them?
I honestly don’t have an answer to this question, but I think it’s a mix of both: on one side they do really want to make this world a better place, but also in the other side they know that more people are going to admire them for this and they will gain more and more popularity.
What do you guys think?
