My carbon footprint
Hello. My name is Merry. My average carbon footprint is 4719 kg, which is higher than the average in China. After I read about many informations about carbon footprint, I realize that it is really emergent to improve the situations. I do have my personal solutions to reduce my carbon footprint. For example, I hardly turn on my air-conditioner at home unless I really feel too hot and when I don’t use up a full piece of paper, I will keep it and use it next time. Besides, I mostly eat vegetables rather than meat. I think they are effective. Maybe these solutions seem futile, however, after a whole year it can reduce much carbon. Definitely these would compromise my quality of life, because all of the such comfort in life almost produces carbon, such as air-conditioners. Nevertheless, without air-conditioners, people do live more healthily.
