Students from around the world calculated their class mean and standard deviations for their footprints and posted them on our world map.
Do you see differences across the globe? If so, why do you think those differences exist?
Did you use the calculator to try to reduce your footprint down to the average from a citizen of another country? What changes would you have to make to lower your footprint in this way? Are you going to try and take some of these actions in your daily life?

A bottle for the planet
There are really easy ways to save our environment from the pollution.
For example a way is to always keep a plastic bottle (filled with water or even empty) with you.
That will help the planet because you will no longer have to buy something to drink (for example a cola can or another bottle, polluting the environment), you can fill your own bottle!
Try to think how many plastic bottles or cans you buy and throw away every single day. Even with the plastic recycle, each year in America 60 millions of plastic bottles will end up burning in an incinerator or in the streets.

A little effort, a big difference.
