A Bright Idea
There are many easy ways to save energy that would both benefit the environment, and lower billing costs. The type of light bulbs you use significantly affects the amount of energy used. According to http://energy.gov/energysaver/articles/ … our-lights in incandescent light bulbs, 90% of the energy used is for heating purposes, and the other 10% is used for light. Not only are LED lights better for the environment, but they also cost much less than incandescent bulbs, and get to their full brightness almost instantly. LED lights are the clear way to go, so when your incandescent lights burn out, you should switch to the energy saving bulbs.
