In the United States and elsewhere, there are people who are not convinced by the science. But the great thing about science is that we use evidence to evaluate scientific questions. So what is the evidence related to climate change?

Climate change causes
According to some people, many aspects of our world are being controlled by climate change. However some people argue it is human-caused. In my opinion many of these topics are being caused by climate change but humans are adding to the issues and making matters worse. Wildfires are an example of one of these issues. They result in high rises in temperature around the world and grow in drier areas that may be in drought. These wildfires are difficult to prevent, but we can make things easier by not building houses or buildings in open areas near trees or bushes. We can also take certain precautions when there is a time where wildfires are at high risk.
Another issue taking place is the rise in acid in oceans. This acidic ocean water causes ocean life to struggle in the changing atmosphere. Ocean water becomes more acidic when carbon dioxide mixes with the air. This issue can be caused by climate change, but also by humans. Ways we can avoid this problem is by reducing our carbon footprint. Using less electricity/water, polluting the air less with cars or airplanes, and wasting less trash are all ways to reduce our carbon footprints and do what we can to make ocean waters less acidic.
