But is climate change really happening? Is it mostly caused by human activity, including our production of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases?
In the United States and elsewhere, there are people who are not convinced by the science. But the great thing about science is that we use evidence to evaluate scientific questions. So what is the evidence related to climate change?

Climate change is real and caused by humans.
Climate change is really happening and it is being caused by humans. There has been proof that the climate is changing. Places that have once been warm or now cooling off and places that once were cold are warming up. Evidence of this is the polar ice caps melting. The warming climate is also affecting the seasons. When the temperatures change, so do the seasons which affects humans through agriculture. Because of the changing seasons, the window in which farmers can harvest and plant crops is closing. This is a problem for humans, because this makes it harder for farmers to plant and sell crops which means that there is less food for the human population. There is proof that humans have caused changed the biosphere. For instance, when humans stopped using certain chemicals and reduced the amount of fossil fuels burned, the ozone layer stopped depleting so rapidly. It is important that humans try to stop seriously affecting the environment. Everything little thin g people can do to improve the environment helps and should be done. Together the whole world can reduce our economic footprint and save the world.
Good Night Averyb. You are totally right, but if we don't make nothing about it then we'll be doomed. I think that we should start to get worried or at least try to make a change because, if we lose Earth, we don't have any other place to go. So I would like to know if there would be as many people as I think there would be in forming part of the change for a better world.
I totally agree with Avery, climate change is happening and we are the main contributors to it. And you are right, anything we can do to help the environment, even if it is as small as picking up a wrapper you find on the floor and throwing it in a trash can, it can help. And if we work together then the changes will be even bigger and we will now be having a positive impact in our planet.
The climate is changing indeed to humans. But the thing is, climate change was bound to happen... We are just speeding up the process. Although I agree that we should help the world rather than harming it, what is happening to the world was bound to happen in one point in time. To reduce the speed of the climate change we need to reduce our carbon footprints.
