But is climate change really happening? Is it mostly caused by human activity, including our production of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases?
In the United States and elsewhere, there are people who are not convinced by the science. But the great thing about science is that we use evidence to evaluate scientific questions. So what is the evidence related to climate change?

Real and human accelerated
It's a real thing, but I think humans have only slightly accelerated it; looking through history, the climate has changed on it's own accord, this time it just has our help.
Indeed it has. Wait... I think that climate change would have occured on a much smaller scale, as the world always cycles between hot and cold, but we're significantly speeding it up. I wrote a whole paragraph in reply to someone else, on these scientists who went to antartica and took soil samples, and from those samples found that the world does indeed cycle hot to cold, but when the soil reached our time period, the temp shot up like it was from a gun. We've done more than just slightly accelerate it.
