But is climate change really happening? Is it mostly caused by human activity, including our production of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases?
In the United States and elsewhere, there are people who are not convinced by the science. But the great thing about science is that we use evidence to evaluate scientific questions. So what is the evidence related to climate change?

Yes and yes
Climate change is definitely real. Climate change is mostly caused by carbon emissions from humans. Above Australia, there is a hole in the ozone layer caused by carbon emissions. I am convinced that global warming is mostly due to humans. Seeing smog emissions from big factories has definitely made our impact on climate change clear.
I agree, climate change is real. I recently watched a video in science class and it said that if the permafrost melts in Serbia, then that would accelerate global warming. It would accelerate because permafrost is methane gas, that is frozen. More methane gas in the atmosphere is not good! I agree that global warming is mainly caused by humans.
I also agree. Climate change is real, scientific evidence says the temperature of the Earth is slowly rising. This effects humans and animals alike. An example is in the ocean or tide pool areas they get heated up and the animals who live in those areas cannot withstand the rise in heat and will eventually die. I do think humans cause this by emitting high CO2 levels. Using cars often and big factories produce lots of CO2. This creates holes in the ozone layer. We need to reduce our carbon footprint to save the only Earth that we have.
