Climate Change and Its Cause
Climate change is definitely real and is mostly caused by humans. As scientists become more involved in this topic, more evidence is put forth to support the verity of the idea of climate change. In 2012, climate change began to take full affect in America, causing natural disasters and more heat than usual. As the atmosphere fills with carbon, it takes its toll on the ozone layer, causing more sun to come to ground level. Companies in the fossil fuel industry have the power to let carbon dioxide into the atmosphere without paying money. Companies and towns are beginning to divest their funds in this industry due to the climate change taking place. The world has agreed that it is only safe to let the planet warm 2 more degrees celsius, which requires action to take place. According to scientists, the atmosphere already has five times too much carbon in it. I do believe that climate change is currently taking place and is caused by humans. The human race needs to take action to stop pollution and slow climate change.
