In the United States and elsewhere, there are people who are not convinced by the science. But the great thing about science is that we use evidence to evaluate scientific questions. So what is the evidence related to climate change?

Real and Human-Caused
Climate change is really happening because the global temperature is gradually rising in many places around the world. It is mostly caused by human activity because of how much we rely on and use fossil fuels. The evidence is how the average temperature in places over the seasons is higher than it's been before. I am completely convinced because there's proof that the average temperature around the world has gone up since we started using oil and being aware of the environment. The evidence that could change my mind would be if the average temperature started to decrease without us changing our lifestyles.
Well actually, if you look at the climate change in Earth's lifetime, there has been times when the temperature was both warmer and colder than it is now. It is not so much that the temperature is higher that last year, but more so the rate at which the Earth is warming. Right now, due to anthropogenic sources, the Earth is warming at an outstanding rate, faster than any other point in history.
